Mr. Shea is the president of Binary Engineering, Belmont, MA, a product development/process management consulting firm specializing in creating strategic and tactical process change and improvement in diverse engineered product areas. He has over 28 years of experience in product development, systems engineering and process management consulting. His current work focuses on creating collaborative process methods/means to overcome execution inefficiencies that occur throughout the complete product development process. Mr. Shea assisted a major automotive firm in selecting and deploying eRoom collaboration as a tool to support total product content management across the supply chain.
